My experience includes working in an IOP with clients presenting with symptoms of depression, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation/attempt, anxiety, physical aggression, and anger. I provide service with empathy, compassion, and sensitive care in a calm environment.
My hope is to help clients regulate their negative emotions and behaviors, gain awareness and insight into their lives, and improve relationships. I work tirelessly to promote mental health, emotional wellness and awareness to every client.
