I only treat girls, young women and women focusing on what is concerning to you. I work collaboratively with you to identify attainable goals and to assist you to connect more deeply with your core thoughts and feelings. Many come to me to address issues such as relationship challenges, loss, transitions, school issues and the often resulting mood shifts such as anxiety and depression. I will work with you to assist you to connect with your core self; to find your strength, courage and compassion in order to heal and feel better. Additionally, we will work together to learn practical and appropriate stress management techniques.
