Developing resilience, and strengthening one’s experience of true safety and support are critical in healing. I have 7 years of post-graduate Gestalt Institute training,over 10,000 hrs of meditation training. My training allows me to help people to address immediate crisis and develop the means to soothe themselves. My training also allows me to help people who are safe to eventually go deeper than just talking about thier issues so they can creatively find their paths to thrive.
No one can see their issues alone. We can't take out our own tonsils. We all struggle from time to time. I encourage you to let yourself get help so you can find a sense of safety and ease.
