Suffering from an eating disorder is difficult, overwhelming and lonely, especially if facing your disorder on your own. If this rings true with you, just know that you are not alone. And now that you’ve found my site, you can take the first step toward recovery—working alongside someone who has lived through an eating disorder and survived it…and is now dedicated to helping others toward the road to recovery with Anorexia, Bulimia and other related eating disorders.

My core focus is getting you to a place of feeling relief and calm—away from the feelings of chaos, loneliness and fear—to a safe and comfortable space where you can begin your journey to recovery. We can work together to build a strong and trusting relationship, to establish your values, to overcome self-defeating patterns that have blocked you from having the life you want. I will help you find a therapeutic approach unique to your needs.

Whether it’s you or a loved one struggling with an eating disorder, I’m here to support you. So, take a moment to review the educational information on my site, and when ready, reach out. Help is here.
