I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution Focused and Strengths Based approaches to remain action oriented, collaboratively working towards your goals. I support clients with developing awareness and viewing the big picture. For me therapy is the work that you do outside of the session time. The mindful & intentional efforts you make to reflect & apply new skills as well as new perspectives to your day-to-day experience; that's where the change will really take place. The work I do with my clients is often centered around Self-Love; being able to nurture acceptance of your true self is often the key to alleviating a vast number of concerns and challenges.
