Psychologist, PsyD
Last Updated 30+ days ago

My name is Dr. Lindo, and it is a pleasure to meet you! I began my career as a school psychology with the hopes of helping children, adolescents, and young adults cope through times of stress. My overall goals and passions can be summed up as an agent for change - I hope to help clients develop the skills necessary to be effective agents in their own lives. I attended St. John's University for both my M.S. and PsyD. Throughout my practicum and professional experience, I have worked with a variety of needs, with a primary focus on anxiety-related disorders and depression.

My goal is for you to take an active role in the decision-making process. Our therapy sessions should feel comfortable enough for you to express your thoughts, concerns, or worries while also providing a space to break through barriers of resistance that are preventing you from moving forward and functioning successfully.

After a session, you should expect to walk away with a focus, challenge, or practice for the week tailored to pushing you towards your goals that we collectively define and target. If you are interested in learning more about my approach and how I can support you, please reach out.
