I specialize in working with adolescents, families, and adults. My clinical interests include, but are not limited to, working with anxiety, depression, trauma and LGBTQ-related concerns. I have advanced training in the Cognitive Processing Therapy trauma-focused approach. I began my clinical career in mental health in 2001, and have worked in mental health outpatient settings since 2009. I have experience in child welfare, and have held positions including adjunct professor, clinical director, and other administrative roles.
My approach is individualized and tailored to the person I am working with. I believe in being supportive and patient, as therapy should not feel stringent or rushed.
