~Helping college and graduate students move beyond anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt into clarity, resilience, and deeper self-understanding~

College can look exciting from the outside — but many students find themselves quietly struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, or a sense that something just isn’t quite right.
You might be:
Feeling anxious, burned out, or constantly “on edge”
Overthinking everything — relationships, decisions, your future
Navigating identity, independence, or family pressure
Struggling socially or feeling alone even when surrounded by people
Dealing with health challenges, stress-related symptoms, or emotional exhaustion
Wanting to understand yourself more deeply — not just “cope,” but actually change
I work especially well with thoughtful, self-aware college and graduate students who are ready to go beyond surface-level coping and really understand what’s driving their patterns.
My approach is integrative and mind-body focused, drawing from:
EMDR (for processing past experiences that still impact you)
DBT (for emotional regulation and practical tools)
Nervous system / mind-body work (understanding anxiety, stress, and physical symptoms)
Insight-oriented therapy (helping you make sense of yourself on a deeper level)
I aim to create a space that is both warm and real — where you feel understood, but also gently challenged to grow.
This work isn’t just about getting through college — it’s about helping you build a foundation for a more grounded, confident, and authentic life.
