I guide clients by fostering space for exploration and curiosity while also integrating actionable practical tools. I specialize in helping people process their trauma, get relief from anxiety and depression, understand and set boundaries, and improve relationship functioning. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, strengths-based, and empathetic.
I am trained in evidenced based interventions that offer highly effective relief. Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) offers Trauma/PTSD treatment in 7-12 sessions (it doesn't require a detailed account of the trauma.) The Gottman Method for couples offers interventions to strengthen friendship, manage conflict, create shared meaning, and repair past hurts. In our initial sessions we discuss your goals and together decide on the best course of treatment - whether it be more structured or exploratory.
