If you’re feeling lost, confused, or stuck and unsure how to proceed — talking it through in therapy can make all the difference. I have 10+ years of experience supporting individuals and couples break free from unhelpful patterns. I guide clients by fostering space for exploration and curiosity while also integrating actionable practical tools. I specialize in helping people process their trauma, get relief from anxiety and depression, understand and set boundaries, and improve relationship functioning. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, strengths-based, and empathetic.

I am trained in evidenced based interventions that offer highly effective relief. Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) offers Trauma/PTSD treatment in 7-12 sessions (it doesn't require a detailed account of the trauma.) The Gottman Method for couples offers interventions to strengthen friendship, manage conflict, create shared meaning, and repair past hurts. In our initial sessions we discuss your goals and together decide on the best course of treatment - whether it be more structured or exploratory.

There is hope even in the most painful of situations, and on the other side of that is healing, growth, and self-discovery. "When you're in a dark place, you sometimes tend to think you've been buried. Perhaps you've been planted." Please don't hesitate to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation.
