Accepting clients Last Updated 4 days ago

I am able to provide Tele-Psychology (or video visits). I don't typically prefer these, feeling I get more information and am more helpful face-to-face. But in the times of COVID-19, this is what we do. I primarily work in an approach called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - trying to give the client skills and tools to help themselves long after I'm out of the picture. You can also read more details about my practice on Psychology Today's website. Thanks. Dr. Jamie
