Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

Let’s start with what’s at the heart of my clinical practice: the interpersonal connection between therapist and client. Therapy is part science and part craft. I believe my best expertise is in the art of powerful conversations; the rapport and connection that I build with my clients is where the healing happens. What you can expect from working with me is more than treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions: it’s a relationship. I find that the single most impactful aspect of therapy is the way we relate to one another (and the research supports that statement!). I uphold an unwavering respect for the worth of each person and I arrive at each meeting with authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. My style incorporates humility, humor, sincerity, creativity, and candor.

Together we’ll process big emotions, work to heal old wounds, and explore connections between past and present. We’ll fortify the areas of life that are going well, and we’ll build new ways of being to create change in the areas that aren’t. By practicing nonjudgmental self-inquiry and introspection, your unique story leads our way as we peel back the layers of your attachment style, relationship history, identity development, and self-worth. Our collaboration will guide us in discovering new insights and understanding patterns that impact your current relationship satisfaction and, most importantly, your relationship with yourself.

My areas of interest include relationships, perfectionism, adjusting to life transitions, and sex and sexuality. I work with adults ranging in age, and I particularly enjoy working with young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and college bros new to therapy. I also see couples and use principles from Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), a modality that focuses on attachment styles and working with emotions in-depth.

Outside the office, you can find me going for walks around the neighborhood, hanging out in nature, savoring quiet mornings, and enjoying live music.

I’m currently seeing clients in-person at our Tucker location, and virtually throughout Georgia and Florida. I consider it a privilege to bear witness to my clients’ stories – I look forward to witnessing yours.
