I specialize in working with primarily teenagers and young adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Especially those with a trauma history, who are motivated to live the life that they truly desire. My overall approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and person-centered, meaning that the client dictates what they are comfortable with sharing and is free to talk about anything they please. My primary goal is to provide support and walk alongside you to achieving the reality you desire while you're in the driver's seat!
