Hi and welcome—I’m really glad you found your way here! College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming—classes, relationships, family expectations, figuring out who you are, and making decisions about the future. It’s normal to feel stressed, stuck, or unsure at times.

I work with students who are navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, identity, relationships, grief, trauma, and big life transitions. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth—I want our sessions to feel like a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My goal is to support you in making sense of what you’re going through, building tools that actually fit your life. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—it can also be a space to reflect, grow, and discover new parts of yourself. If this feels like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect!
