Jalisia Guyton
Welcome! I’m Jalisia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida and also provide telehealth services in Vermont as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I have a passion for helping college students find balance, confidence, and clarity. College life can feel overwhelming—balancing classes, friendships, independence, and planning for the future often comes with stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. If you’ve been feeling stuck, unmotivated, or unsure of yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in working with college students and young adults who are managing academic pressure, relationship struggles, and the transition into independence.
I use practical, evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you manage stress, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build on your strengths. My style is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented—I’ll meet you where you are and help you take small, meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Whether you’re adjusting to campus life, struggling with anxiety or depression, or searching for clarity in your next chapter, therapy can be a safe space to grow. Together, we can work on building confidence, finding balance, and creating positive momentum. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and capable, I’d love to support you on your journey.
