We’ll work together to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and figure out what’s getting in the way of the life you want. Along the way, you’ll gain skills to manage stress and anxiety, boost your confidence, set healthy boundaries, and handle life’s curveballs with more clarity and resilience.
My approach is laid-back, supportive, and client-focused. That means you set the pace and the goals, and I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, tools, and encouragement. I use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), but most importantly—I listen. This is your space to show up just as you are.
