I have extensive experience providing short and long-term individual and family therapy with young adults/college students, adolescents and adults. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depressive, trauma- and stressor- related and adjustment disorders. I can support students with major life transitions from adjusting to college to graduation and career planning. In addition to my private practice, I trained and worked professionally in a range of mental health settings including schools, college counseling centers, outpatient mental health clinics and hospitals.
