Jada Williams
I am a queer, Black licensed mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John’s University. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds. I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating trauma, exploring identity, and working through interpersonal challenges. I have particular expertise in working with women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. As someone who has also been on the other side of the therapeutic relationship, I bring a deep understanding of the vulnerability and transformative potential of this work. My approach is relational, inclusive, and culturally responsive. My work is grounded in compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to creating a non-judgmental, affirming space.
