Hi — I’m Jada Choate, LCSW, and I’m glad you’re here. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Drawing from modalities such as ACT, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and more, I build our work together around your unique needs and goals. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy — your path is yours — and I invite your feedback as we collaborate.
With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Chicago and 7 + years of experience, I’ve supported individuals from diverse backgrounds through a full spectrum of life’s challenges. I’ve worked with teens and adults, led groups, advocated for survivors of domestic violence, and supported young people via a mental-health textline. My private practice — fully virtual and flexible — aims to meet you where you are, often when you’re ready.
Together, we’ll explore how to deepen self-understanding, build meaningful relationships, and move toward the life you want. I’ll help you become a better friend to yourself — someone you trust, respect, and care for. Outside the session you’ll find me enjoying live music, travel, yoga, and time with my partner and our Boston Terrier puppy.
