Jacquelyn (not accepting new clients)
Sometimes the solutions to our problems are simple: get enough sleep, balance work and recreation, socialize and engage with others, and so on. When such suggestions aren't enough however, we can turn to therapy to help guide us towards finding other solutions.
I'm passionate about collaborating with millennials & students. I pride myself on being compassionate, nonjudgmental and able to use humor in our work together. I aspire to help you uncover unhelpful behavior & thought patterns; explore coping methods; feel more resilient and self-reliant; and have more peace of mind.
