Jacqueline Schreiber
I work with young adults and adults experiencing stress, worry, anxiety and depression related to various life transitions and relationship concerns. My style is empathic, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe a compassionate and supportive therapeutic relationship creates a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere allowing clients to fully explore their concerns, identify their options, and begin to make the changes they seek. I help clients better understand their patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving which provides the foundation for making purposeful changes in their lives and relationships.
