Finding the right therapist is important and it is a courageous step to reach out for help. I approach therapy in a warm, relational way and believe that supportive, non-judgmental responses are crucial to creating a safe and trusting space. I invite you to come as you are, into a space of acceptance and compassion, in order to learn about yourself and grow. Many of the experiences I help people with are related to anxiety, depression, processing trauma, important life or identity transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and promoting personal growth and healing.

I use a client-centered approach and believe the client-therapist relationship is fundamental to reach a positive outcome in therapy. We collaborate as a team to work towards your goals. Sometimes we focus on solutions, and sometimes we work on acceptance of how things are. I work in a way that incorporates CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches.

We all experience roadblocks in life. I hope to help bring to light and work with you on the underlying causes of the stressors and barriers that impact various facets of your life. Feeling out of control or helpless at times is normal. However, there is hope! Let's talk and see if I am the right therapist for you.
