My ideal clients are children or college students struggling with emotions, behavior, anxiety, or life transitions who need a safe, supportive space to feel understood and build coping skills. I also work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally disconnected. Clients come to therapy seeking emotional regulation, stronger relationships, clarity, and confidence. I help clients move forward by creating a compassionate, collaborative environment focused on resilience, self-understanding, and lasting change so they feel more balanced, connected, and supported in daily life.
