This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
I began practicing as an in-home (B.A) clinician. I worked with people after discharge from long-term psychiatric hospitalization. It was during that period that I received intensive training to provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I find DBT to be flexibly structured. The intense dialectical process has been helpful for many of my clients to achieve stability and work towards resolving traumatic experiences. Part of regulating our behavior is teaching our body and brain to better regulate so I also specialize in Neurofeedback and HRV biofeedback modalities to support behavioral interventions.
I approach everyone as an individual and tailor my approach specifically to them. I lead weekly DBT groups as well as providing individual sessions. It is important to resolve the past and we all must live in the moment. I hope to provide people with more effective moments of joy and more tolerance for the shitty ones.
I am direct, empathic, and genuine. I always do my best to provide direct feedback and will help if I can. If you are reading this, you are doing the best you can. Please contact meto schedule a consultation at no charge. LGBTQIA and religious community friendly.
