I work with college students and young adults address issues like anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships and communication, trauma, and self-doubt.
My approach is to create a warm and collaborative environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behavior within their own therapeutic journey. In working together, we can identify and better understand the underlying issues that are causing distress, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward set goals.
I believe that every person can achieve their goals, wishes, and desires in life. Yet most people will hit a point when that just feels impossible. Just because someone CAN push through this period on their own, that doesn't meant that they HAVE to. In order for them to grow, they need an environment that provides authenticity, acceptance, and empathy.
