I have extensive experience working with clients who experience anxiety, high stress, ADHD, neurodiversity, depression, relationship and family issues. Additionally, I am in expert in helping client's build skills in a number of areas including social skills, dating skills, executive functioning skills, and coping skills. I help motivate clients to reach their vision of success and to improve their lives in a judgement-free space.
I take a person-centered approach and tailor treatment to meet each client's unique needs and help them reach their goals. This can include targeting specific mental health challenges or providing general support for life's daily stressors. I have extensive training in CBT, DBT skills, ACT, skills training, parent training, and life coaching.
I provide more than just traditional therapy services. With a compassionate approach, I help clients navigate through their concerns and find effective solutions. I am committed to creating a safe space to explore thoughts/feelings and problem-solving. I value people as individuals, and also seek to understand family, social, and work/school environment(s).
