I work with men, couples, and creatives who are navigating many different forms of difficulty or distress. My integrative approach (Gestalt, Rogerian, Mind/Body, Existential, Strength-Based, Emotion-Focused, CBT) provides a toolbox that will enable us to tackle a variety of problems with effective interventions. I prioritize authenticity and clarity.
Therapy is a form of care. I have dedicated myself to providing a high quality experience for my clients combining professional skill and caring presence.
