As humans, how we feel in and about our relationships is so important. So it makes sense that it can feel pretty awful when we feel unseen or like we don't belong. Reaching out when we are unsure who will meet us or how they will treat us is a hard thing to do. Still, at every step, I strive to support my clients with compassion and curiosity as we explore their unique and intuitive process toward becoming their most authentic selves. I feel deeply honored to get to explore with my clients new ways of being and relating to others. Where others may judge, instead we can celebrate what it means to be you.

I offer sliding scale, low-cost individual counseling services, as well as couples and family counseling. Additionally, I am fully trained in EMDR, which can help resolve long-held traumatic memories

In therapy, finding the right fit is essential. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to answer any questions you may have and help you decide on the best path forward for you. If you find that I'm not the best fit, I am of course more than happy to point you towards others who might be.
