College can be a challenging time! There are no shortage of stressors with classwork, relationships, and clubs/activities all vying for your time. I love to help equip clients to tackle these challenges through helping them see themselves, their relationships, and the world around them clearly. In the counseling world, I consider myself a generalist, but I have specialized training in relationships and trauma.
In addition to being a counselor, I am also an ordained minister, a military chaplain, and the Veteran Coach for the TV show "Military Makeover with Montel." I offer video sessions which a lot of my college students find to be very convenient.
