Stressful life events and trauma can lead to disconnection from one’s self and others. This disconnection can manifest as anxiety, depression, and loneliness. Through therapy, you can heal and build a more connected and fulfilling life.

As a Clinical Psychologist with 18 years psychotherapy experience, I work with individuals and couples integrating cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and existential approaches to therapy. Therapy might involve coping skills, emotional awareness, mind-body connection, learning new ways of thinking and interacting to improve quality of life and relationships, and finding meaning. My areas of clinical focus include life transitions, anxiety, grief, interpersonal relationships, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, and sexuality.

Integrative in nature, I draw from cognitive behavior therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, existential, interpersonal and mindfulness modalities.
