I specialize in anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, and will use skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to meet your needs. My approach to therapy is person-centered and without judgment. I work to provide an inclusive space for all, and I'm passionate about holding space for BIPOC and Queer folks.
