As a bilingual clinical social worker, my work is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care. I’ve spent years supporting children and families affected by complex trauma, domestic violence, and issues of systemic oppression. Today, I help individuals reconnect to their wise self with clarity and a deep sense of compassion.

I provide individual counseling services for Adolescents (14+) and Adults who are facing life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, grief, domestic and sexual abuse. I am solution-oriented and trauma-focused, providing support to those feeling overwhelmed.

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and always grounded in your lived experience. I offer a safe, affirming, and supportive space for individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions. Whether we’re working through trauma or processing emotions, I’m here to walk with you gently, honestly, and without judgment.
