Mental Health, especially in the minority cultures, is a touchy subject. It’s difficult to talk about and even more difficult to do something about. The most important thing in therapy is finding the right therapist for you.

As a first generation, South Asian-American woman, I understand both cultures and the struggles that come with trying to blend the two. I strive to create an environment in which clients feel comfortable and at ease to facilitate sharing. You are the expert on your life and your experiences. I am here to help you gain better understanding of yourself so you can feel more confident in your decisions and in life. I work with you to determine your goals for therapy and support you along your therapeutic journey.

I currently work with adolescents and adults. I have experience working with clients of all ages with challenges of trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, self-worth, self-identity, ADHD, perinatal mental health, and social skills. I am passionate about helping you find your voice and feeling empowered to use it.
