Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of providing therapy to students at UConn and Bentley University. I’m now excited to get to know and support the student community here at Dartmouth, and to help them navigate the unique challenges and opportunities of this phase of life.
I’m passionate about building a warm and authentic therapeutic relationship and work from a client-centered, trauma-informed perspective. I see therapy as a collaborative process — a space where your pain is witnessed, your joy is shared, and your humanity is honored.
I integrate cognitive behavioral therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with present-moment awareness to offer each person a personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based approach.
