I work with individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, or noticing continued patterns of conflict. I use a collaborative attachment-based approach which focuses on individual experiences and interpersonal relationships to guide each session. Together we can work towards developing a greater sense of how diverse experiences, emotional patterns, and ways of interacting in the world may be impacting your well-being.
