College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. Many of the students I work with are navigating stress from classes, relationships, or big life transitions. Some feel stuck in patterns of anxiety or self-doubt, while others are working through the impact of past experiences and want support as they move forward.

In our sessions, I show up as a real person - curious, kind, and grounded. My goal is to create a space where you can talk honestly without judgment, and where you feel understood. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy; instead, we’ll figure out what works best for you and move at a pace that feels manageable.

I bring different approaches into our work together (like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, or EMDR) but what that really means is I have a lot of tools we can try depending on what you’re needing. For some people, that’s learning practical strategies to handle stress and anxiety. For others, it’s making sense of difficult experiences or building confidence to move through challenges.

At the heart of it, I want you to feel more connected to yourself, more clear about what matters to you, and more capable of handling whatever college (and life) throws your way.

If you’re interested in support, I encourage you to reach out. I’d be glad to connect and see how I can help.
