Adjusting to college life and adulthood can be difficult and overwhelming. Are you finding yourself at a crossroads? Do you have a big decision to make? Do you want to learn to identify and better communicate what you need and want, in your personal life, with family, your partner, your friends, or at work? Are you struggling with painful emotions or a difficult past? Or are you simply looking for a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings as a way of engaging in self-care? If any of these questions resonate with you, I encourage you to take the next step and reach out to me. I know that deciding on a therapist can be a daunting task. Let's talk it through together.

After 20 years of working with individuals, couples, groups and families in various settings, I have learned that, most importantly, people want to be heard, seen and understood. If we decide to work together, I will give you my undivided attention, and I will work with you, at your own pace, and towards achieving your goals, however big or small.

Having moved across continents, I know firsthand what it's like to make big changes and take risks. I know the hopes and fears associated with transitions and how crucial it is to have supportive people with you during uncertain times. My therapeutic style is successful in providing meaningful support and empowering my clients through healing and change.
