Hi, I'm a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience helping people improve their mental well-being. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, particularly around challenges like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders.

I know how overwhelming life can feel, especially when you're dealing with mental health concerns on top of everything else. But you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’m here to listen, understand, and work alongside you. My approach combines talk therapy with medication management, depending on what’s right for you. Together, we can explore your unique life experiences, find new ways to look at things and develop coping strategies that work for you.

Whether you're navigating academic pressures, managing anxiety or mood swings, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you find a path forward. My goal is to create a supportive, patient-centered space where you feel comfortable opening up and working towards feeling better.

If you're ready to take a step toward improving your mental health, let's work together to create a treatment plan that feels right for you.
