Marriage & Family Therapist, MS, LMFT
Accepting clients Last Updated 23 days ago

Hello, I’m Ione! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings authenticity, compassion, and a dash of dorkiness. I specialize in supporting those struggling with trauma, shame, grief, relationship issues and anxiety. I am particularly passionate about working with adults who have experienced abuse and neglect in childhood. I also have extensive experience in working with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety or depression and identify as LGBTQIA+.

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, client centered, and collaborative, meaning you're the expert on your life. Your strengths and interests will be used as a foundation. I utilize a blend of different types of therapy to best suit your needs, while also providing useful tips and tricks along the way.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, playing video games, board games, and Dungeons & Dragons (I’m a huge nerd!) I also enjoy hiking, running, and spending time in nature.
