We are a mental health therapy office located near the intersection of 13 Mile Rd and Hoover Rd in Warren, Macomb County, MI in a building that used to be a house. Our office provides a wide range of therapeutic modalities to fit your individual needs. We specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); DBT; psychodynamic; interpersonal; EMDR and grief interventions. We have a wide range of treatment expertise such as: ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Grief, Depression, Trauma and PTSD, Mood Disorders, Stress, Life Transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, and Relationship Issues.
Our founder was selected prestigiously as a University of Michigan field faculty instructor. Our founder was clinically trained as a social worker psychotherapist by the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan Health System, where she also conducted research on a variety of mental health issues and continue to work with communities and groups of diverse backgrounds.
We also offer virtual therapy sessions if you prefer receiving care at the comfort of your home or while you are away at school. Our clinicians are Licensed and Limited Licensed Social Workers. We are licensed to provide care to anyone who is residing in the state of Michigan.
