Does it ever feel like you and your mind aren’t on the same page? Your relationship with your mind is one of the most important connections in your life. Many factors can complicate this relationship, such as mental health conditions, relationships with others, parenting, life transitions, grief, or identity challenges. Together, we can navigate these challenges to help you and your mind live with intention and harmony. Intentionality is key to living a purposeful life and finding inner peace. Intentional Mental Health and Wellness is here to help you bridge the gap between your intentions with your experiences.
With a warm, empathetic approach, I create a space for self-reflection and compassionate accountability. I utilize dialectical behavioral therapy to help you integrate mindfulness, relationship health, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation techniques into your day to bring your intentions to life and improve your relationship with your mind.
Change can be difficult, whether it's identifying what needs to change, staying accountable, or accepting change itself. I'm here to support you through this journey and guide you forward. Your mind is the place you always are, a place you can never leave, so let’s work together to make your mind a beautiful place to be.
