College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. You're juggling classes, deadlines, relationships, expectations, life, while trying to figure out what you want for your future. It's a lot to carry, and it's okay if it feels heavy sometimes.
At Intentional Counseling and Consulting, I help college students who are feeling anxious, stressed, or unsure of themselves find calm, direction, and confidence. Whether you're struggling with overthinking, pressure to succeed, burnout, or just feeling "not quite yourself", therapy is a space where you don't have to hold it all together.
I believe that small intentional steps can lead to big changes. Together, we'll talk through what's been weighing on you, explore what matters most, and build healthy ways to manage stress, emotions, and relationships. My approach is practical, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel more grounded and in control of your life.
You don't need to have everything figured out to start therapy. You just need a willingness to take the first step. I have experience as a college professor and certainly as a college student. I'll meet you where you are and help you find your way forward, one intentional choice at a time.
