Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Psychologists

Integrative Therapy of Greater Washington has a team of clinicians that can work with nearly any issue. Our clinicians are client-centered and will tailor treatment based upon the specific needs of the person sitting with us, rather than using a "one-size fits all" template. Clinicians are warm and compassionate and understand the joys and difficulties of college life.

Often times, college students wrestle with anxiety as they can feel pressure both internally as well as from the outside. Our team can help you manage these feelings using mindfulness techniques, changing how you think about anxiety, or modifying your behaviors. Depression is another common experience for those undergoing the college experience. Again, our team is here to help manage these feelings so that you can get back to feeling like yourself.
