Here at Integrative Psychology, PC (www.integrativepsychology.com), we offer compassionate, non-judgmental, strengths-based perspectives with an active, collaborative therapeutic style. We draw from integrative, holistic, time-tested approaches to mental health and well-being, guided by the current research, and based on your unique background and needs.

Dr. Sarah Gray, Dr. Brian Bermack, and Meg Savin. LMHC provide integrative approaches and behavioral medicine to optimize health and well-being and foster growth and wellness utilizing individualized, evidence-based techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, biofeedback and neurofeedback, positive psychology, EMDR, clinical hypnosis, and other effective approaches.

We can help with a range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, stress management, wellness, mind-body techniques, chronic pain, concussions and brain injuries, and optimizing focus, attention, and motivation.

We provide an insurance script so patients can get all the details about potentially submitting claims based on their specific out-of-network benefits (e.g. PPO or POS plans), if any.
