I have over 15 years experience working in University Counseling Centers at major campuses in the US. I am readily able to serve the needs of undergraduate, graduate level students and staff across disciplines. I am a generalist and work with all academic related issues from campus adjustment, to academic stress, performance and social support issues. I specialize in first generation college students, racial and gender identity and traumatic stress. I have extensive experience in racialized and sexual trauma and unresolved childhood trauma. I have held faculty and instructor positions and am readily able to help student's navigate the campus culture. I enjoy mentoring students and supporting students through the dissertation phase.

I am trained in trauma informed therapies, ie EMDR, brainspotting, IFS, formative psychology and breathwork. I also do integration work post plant medicine.
