Inner Archive Therapy

Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I provide meaning-centered counseling for individuals navigating trauma, chronic pain, and long-standing stress. My practice is grounded in the belief that experiences are held not only as memories or thoughts, but also within the nervous system as patterns shaped over time.

When appropriate, I integrate body-based tools and insight-oriented approaches, supporting students who may understand their experiences intellectually yet continue to feel trapped in how their body responds. Work is paced, collaborative, and attentive to context, readiness, and lived experience rather than quick symptom fixes.

My services are offered through in-person sessions in Frisco, Texas, and via secure telehealth across the state.
