No one should have to go through a difficult time of their life in isolation. Whether you are struggling with grief, sadness, or worry, everyone deserves a safe place to be vulnerable and real.
At Infinity Mental Health, you are the most important person in the room.
When you work with your therapists we help you develop the tools, and strategies you need to decrease emotional distress, identify your triggers, and process your trauma. Through our experience, guidance and support we help process your feelings to become a more active, and happy participant in your own life.
As a therapist with over a decade of experience, it has been my mission to grow from a solo practitioner to group practice without compromising the vision of affordable, high-quality clinical care. I believe everyone should be able to receive the support they need during their most difficult days.
We are here for you.
