Hi there! My name is Tori & I am happy you're here! Tori earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marian University. Tori specializes in individual child, adolescent, and young adult counseling (ages 4-early 30's). She has clinical experience working with low mood, anxiety, emotional regulation concerns, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions. Tori's sessions can look like talk therapy, art therapy, going outside and taking a walk, or a mix of all of them!
Tori is trained in - Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) - Trauma Informed Care - Recognizing and Treating Anxiety Disorders - Understanding Cognitive Changes during pregnancy and postpartum
Tori’s treatment approach is through a humanistic lens, she gets to know her clients to provide individualized care that sets them up for success. It is her goal to help you utilize healthy coping skills to be your best self.
