Toni Cox
You may look like you have it together on the outside—but internally, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck.
You might be juggling school, work, relationships, or the pressures of adulthood while trying to keep up and not fall behind. On the surface, you’re functioning—but underneath, you may feel mentally exhausted, hard on yourself, and unsure how to slow down.
Many of my clients are high-functioning women, including college-aged and young adults, who struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and self-esteem challenges. You may find yourself overthinking, comparing yourself to others, or feeling like you’re never quite “enough,” even when you’re doing your best.
In our work together, you don’t have to have everything figured out. This is a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without judgment, and begin to better understand yourself in a more compassionate way.
Together, we’ll focus on:
• Managing anxiety and overthinking
• Reducing burnout and emotional overwhelm
• Letting go of perfectionism and harsh self-criticism
• Building confidence and improving self-worth
• Developing practical coping strategies that fit your real life
• Improving your relationship with yourself and your body
My approach blends DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy, allowing us to both build concrete coping skills and explore the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I also work with adolescents who experience big emotions and need support learning how to understand and regulate them in a healthy, supportive environment.

With experience across schools, juvenile systems, substance use programs, and community mental health, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my work. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and less overwhelmed—so you can show up in your life with greater clarity and ease.
If you’re ready to begin therapy, I offer a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
