As a therapist, I aim to help my clients work through their deepest challenges and achieve and maintain the best version of themselves. I specialize in helping clients find their authentic self and connect to a more peaceful and joyful state. From depression and anxiety to ADHD and trauma, I help my clients find support and strategies for healing.
I have over 10 years experience in mindfulness-based therapy, a practice that empowers you to stay present, cultivate self-awareness and navigates life's challenged with great ease and resilience. I also work with other modalities that suit your challenges and needs: CBT, DBT, strength-based, psychoanalytic therapy and more.
