I have a good critical ear and I can ask you the questions you need to hear in order to feel comfortable with the decisions you want to make. Sometimes I just listen.
I also specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. DBT helps people gain control of problem emotions like anxiety and anger. It teaches skills to tolerate Distress and make it through the night when things seem unbearable. DBT also helps individuals learn to say "no" and set limits without feeling guilty.
