Life's transitions—whether starting college, changing careers, or aging—can bring uncertainty, stress, and emotional challenges. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or past trauma, therapy can help you find clarity and relief.

I work with college students and young professionals managing academic pressure, career uncertainty, and relationship struggles. I also specialize in working with older adults facing life transitions, medical challenges, cognitive concerns, and loss. Whether you're dealing with panic attacks, self-doubt, overwhelming stress, or difficulty processing past experiences, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs.

With training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients heal from trauma, grief, and anxiety. I also integrate somatic therapy, parts work, CBT, DBT, and psychoanalytic therapy to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth. My approach is relational and person-centered, meaning therapy is built on trust and tailored to your experiences.

I earned my Master of Social Work from New York University Silver School of Social Work and my Bachelor of Social Work from Adelphi University. I also hold certifications in complex trauma, grief, case management, and cognitive disorders in aging populations. My background in medical and community social work has given me a deep understanding of how identity, health, and life circumstances shape mental health.

Therapy is a space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered. If you're ready to take the next step, let's work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your life.
